現居地方有兩個浴室（8呎x5呎）浴室比較殘舊而年紀也大，希望將原有浴缸拆除，改造用水漕分隔乾濕浴室，方便將來如有需要，輪椅也可推入內。
也打算用仿石流水板覆蓋現有牆身磚，減少拆牆磚所造成嘅装修煩擾因不打算搬出做這裝修。安裝新坐廁、洗手盆、潔具、鏡和鋁天花。
