1. 保留瓷磚，牆身和地面做滑面，顏色用奶白色或Earth tone colour。
2. 浴缸加磨砂玻璃乾濕分離。
3. 更換生鏽龍頭。
4. 拆除洗面盤對上的小鏡櫃，拆除後同樣位置放上浴室鏡（但不用鏡櫃）。浴室鏡用圓形或不規則形狀，看樣板後確認。
5. 洗面盤櫃換新，用鋁材款，顏色用淺色比如香檳色，看色版後決定。
獨立小浴室：
1. 拆除馬桶上的大木櫃。
2. 保留瓷磚，牆身和地面做滑面，顏色用奶白色或Earth tone colour。
3. 沐浴區地台做處理，顏色跟牆身和地面同色。
4. 沐浴區加上透明玻璃乾濕分離。
5. 龍頭跟主人房浴室同Style。
6. 洗面盤換成洗面盤櫃，用鋁材款，顏色用淺色比如香檳色，看色版後決定。
7. 洗面盤櫃上面加浴室鏡 （但不用鏡櫃）。浴室鏡用圓形或不規則形狀，看樣板後確認。

工程垃圾清除：
1. 拆除後的舊龍頭，舊洗面盤和舊櫃等，連同舊櫃內的東西一起丟棄。
2. 兩個浴室牆上原有的加貼物，比如膠勾等，拆除後丟棄。
3. 兩個浴室裡原有的小垃圾，比如更換過的鋁窗手柄，連其它工程垃圾一起丟棄。
