企業公司年會活動，會邀請各國分部的員工前往參加，預計總參與人數超過800人，因此需操流利粵語及英語。3小時的晚會活動會包括幸運大抽獎、最佳服務獎、長期服務獎頒獎典禮、staff engagement video介紹，以及各分部勝利者前來香港參加的才藝比賽總決賽（iFAST Got Talents, 共12位決賽選手，表演形式多元化，評分由評審評分及現場觀衆投票得分即場計算），因此需要能炒熱氣氛，控場（以應對800人場合），以及具有隨機應變的臨場能力（例如應對技術失誤等突發意外）。
