需要維修天花燈，一邊有電另一邊冇電。 燈內置遙控接收可拆除。 現時牆上燈掣可控制全開或半開燈膽數量，可移除此功能。 只要有燈可全開/關便可。
另外亦有射燈燒了，更換燈泡也沒用
