我家是一樓單位，現在是租客居住的。有一天租客留意到外面花槽突然積滿了水並瀉出來，管理處投訴要立刻處理減少對其他居民的影響。找了師傅檢查後，屋內沒有爆水喉或其他異常情況，但花槽那邊的牆身已滲水起卜，地板因有水滲入宜漲起。師傅檢查結果是大廈冷氣去水喉淤塞，大廈冷氣水不能排走並倒灌到我家一樓的花槽造成水浸。師傅開冷氣水喉蓋放水，花槽的水會清乾暫時解決問題。現在每隔三至四天，花槽便會積滿水。事情發生後，我已立刻寫信給業主立案法團投訴和追討我的損失，但他們只說是我的渠道淤塞導致水浸情況，所以想請公證行專家去做個公証，查明事實。
