問題一：浴室的花洒入水喉想要改至右邊牆身，請參考外牆圖片。因現時花洒喉位置入牆，出現內喉漏水，並由牆身地台渗出。
問題二：本宅是一樓，地下去水位出面淤塞，上星期六導至污水由厨房星盆倒灌入屋內，暫時已經把去水喉轉角位的保險蓋拆去，讓污水可由地下渠流出至雨水渠。此段淤塞了的去水渠要通渠或重舖至雨如渠位。
