187呎單位，(已購入)良景邨良萃樓18室單位圖則。想翻新牆壁、將PVC地膠改地磚(有一些家具)、水管電線入牆。
另外有考慮將廚廁之間的牆打掉，將廁所間隔改大做乾濕分離(只是考慮一下，如工程費用超出預算就不考慮)、廚房想改為開放式廚房，水槽改為單槽。
大概是希望做北歐、無印風格，以簡約為主。
計劃中，想大概先知道一個約莫的費用有個心理預算，如能先提供到一個大概報價範圍的優先考慮。
