There is currently no electricity in my flat in Tin Shui Wai. I have already contacted both the estate management/security team and CLP Power Hong Kong. CLP confirmed that there is no external supply issue, and the building management advised that they cannot assist with internal electrical problems. I was informed that I need to arrange a licensed electrician to inspect and resolve the issue inside the flat.
