其為暗裝即不見水箱設計，馬桶地面右側為淋浴間玻璃直立入兩邊真石地磚，原裝以強力玻璃膠加固。因淋浴間有小蟲鑽出，料地台有積水。當割開玻璃膠看，發現不斷滲水，將廁所水制調緊，滲水減少。未再打開暗裝了解究竟是入牆來水位出事，定馬桶入水口出事。樓齡達10年
