熱水溫度舊年逐漸降低，到上個星期不能打火沒有熱水
煤氣公司師傅上門檢查後
發現三個問題
1) 過水閥需要更換
2) 電路版需要更換
3) 風扇異常大聲
報價更換1+2 需要$2700
想查詢一下有沒有更便宜的方案？
另外，熱水喉到花灑水壓很低，可能有水垢，希望清除
