Other situation, 懷疑因洗手盆牆內水喉滲漏，水流到地台，令到樓下天花出現水漬，現在想請師傅將洗手盆連下面木櫃移開，鑿開牆身及地台，檢查水喉及有否積水， 若有滲漏就維修水喉及清走地台積水，暫不需重舖英泥，待觀察仍否有漏水。請水喉師傅給與意見及報價，若需親身到單位視察亦可。
