事件二，樓上鑿地台主人房爆兩條長裂縫，通知管理處，樓上業主答覆唔睇唔理，裝修師傅在不知情情況下放主人房濕沙包工作，主人房漏水濕透枕頭床褥。租客要求賠償。樓上業主無賴叫報警。
