2間浴室木門框底部長時間受潮發霉，8月下旬將腐爛部分鋸了，發現有水，採用人工吸水。每隔2小時每間浴室吸水量150 ~200 ml。目測喉管無破損，一直未找到滲水點，本次要搵專業測漏和維修師傅。
