您好，
我們是「管理公司」，代表大廈處理大廈管理工作。就2025年5 月收到來自一單位業主關於窗事件的投訴，該戶主並已聘請公證行進行檢測，報告指出大廈外牆窗左下角牆身損壞，導致單位窗框變形及玻璃霧化，因此要求索償。
就上述事件
大廈於2025年9月中完成外牆維修包括窗戶周邊範圍，並於進行了射水測試，結果顯示無漏水情況。
該業主於2025年9月中提出索償要求
但大廈委員會並未接受
認為的要求不合理。原因是大廈於2025年3月已收到該業主的通知並採取了相應跟進安排處理，而窗戶屬於私人財產，漏水原因是外牆或單位窗戶問題所引起，存在爭議。
