一間房清拆，重新裝修及傢俬訂造
房間約7呎x7呎，住嘅家人較緊張要求天花需要特別做隔音天花，即係類似網上見到呢種
「隔音毡——龙骨—聚酯纤维吸音棉—12石膏板—隔音毡—9.5石膏板」
反而傢俬相對簡單，主要係訂造一張3.5呎或4呎床，可以有地台或高身櫃桶儲物。一個衣櫃，可能一張簡單枱面就得。空白牆身就可以加層架做display。
但係由於裝修房間期間家人仍在家中住，所以希望工程盡量短時間完成。
初步預算聖誕前後幾天進行工程。
