伊利沙伯中學舊生會中學（QESOSA Secondary School） 將於 2026 年 5 月舉行三十周年校慶晚宴。這是一個匯聚歷屆校友、教職員及嘉賓的重要盛事，我們現正物色專業攝影團隊，為是次晚宴記錄珍貴時刻。
以下為活動詳情及拍攝要求：
1. 活動資訊
活動名稱： 伊利沙伯中學舊生會中學三十周年校慶晚宴
日期： 2026 年 5 月 23 日（星期六）
時間： 17:00 – 21:30（共 4.5 小時）
地點： 天水圍 +WOO 嘉湖 二期 德馨盛宴
預計人數：45-50圍（500-600人）
2. 人力需求
專業攝影師（Event Photographer） 2 名
主要負責：舞台程序、剪綵/祝酒儀式、大合照、席間花絮及各屆校友合照。
3. 工作及交付要求
現場拍攝： 全程捕捉晚宴重點程序及賓客互動。
相片處理： 需進行基本色調、光亮度優化及後製。
交付成品： 於活動後 [例如：14] 個工作天內，以雲端連結交付所有高解像度數碼相片。
即時快遞（可選）： 若貴司提供「即場派相」或「活動當晚即時精選相片」服務，請於報價單中另行註明。
4. 報價請求
請於2026 年 3 月9 日或之前，回覆此電郵並提供正式報價單，內容應包括：
服務總費用（已包含 2 位攝影師之酬金）。
過往曾負責之大型晚宴或學校活動作品集（Portfolio）。
詳細的工作範圍及交付條款。
