• 鎖具必須符合香港《消防安全（建築物）條例》對逃生門鎖的規定，並具備以下功能：
o 僅限內側開啟：僅能從通道內側透過簡易操作（如下壓式推桿）開啟。
o 外側不可開啟：從外部無法以鑰匙、工具或任何方式解鎖（單向通行）。
o 瞬間解鎖：推桿動作時須直接、瞬間解除門鎖，無需其他步驟。
o 自動上鎖：門扇關閉後可自動上鎖。
• 提供現場勘察、安裝、調試服務，並向管理處人員講解操作。
