拳擊是一門從一定距離施最大力量,同時將自身縫隙降至最低的動作藝術。
我們旨在透過拳擊運動,深化對身體、心智與精神的理解。
我們希望改變大眾對拳擊的認知,強調其作為戰略性體的本質,而非野蠻暴力。
實質上,它是「以身體為賭注的高風險問題解決」。

學習內容包含:基礎身體力學、架構結構、打擊技術、防禦動作、空擊練習、沙包訓練、接觸對練、實戰對練、自主訓練與提升方法等。

我們的課程內容豐富,可根據個人需求調整。

Boxing

Boxing is the art of delivering maximum leverage from a distance while minimising exposure.
We aim to deepen the understanding of the body, mind, and spirit through the sport of boxing.
We aim to change perceptions of boxing, highlighting it as a strategic discipline rather than a violent sport.
In truth, it is “High-level problem solving with dire physical consequences”.

​Learning basic body mechanics, structures, striking techniques, defensive moves, shadow boxing, bag work, contact drills, sparring, methods to practice and improve, etc.
