鑒於現時香港對運動教育的制度比較落後，而本人曾有幸到國外接受及體驗專業的籃球訓練，所以希望能夠將在外地所學到的知識及經驗分享給香港對籃球有熱誠及興趣的青少年，打破他們對籃球的認知，以及讓他們接受有系統的訓練
