Description: 1. 全屋重新裝修，翻新油漆、換地磚儲物房做一個床架，下面儲物，放gip/bb車等窗加窗花客廳做一個懸空地櫃，圓角，電視掛牆，後方牆身有簡潔裝飾背景牆飯廳，一整排儲物櫃/餐邊櫃，其中一部分中間部分留空，最左邊放數碼鋼琴（插電），上方做玻璃條燈儲物櫃，最右邊做鞋櫃，角落做換鞋椅更換廚房的廚櫃、地磚、牆身，留有蒸焗爐的空間，明火爐頭要較矮，方便身高145cm至155cm人士使用更換2個廁所地磚、牆身磚（要色雲石花紋大磚）、洗手台、洗手盤、水龍頭，轉企缸及更換水龍頭花灑，換不易爛裂的玻璃門/磨砂門/3摺，2廁所整電制位各1個，另整抽氣扇，上面整一排吊桿（雨天抽濕衣服用）洗衣機搬去第一個廁所，近門口位置，洗手盤要就位，做薄身洗手台+下方儲物櫃，洗手台上方只做一面鏡，左邊如果夠位就整埋薄身儲物空間，右邊洗衣機上方做儲物櫃主人廁所洗手盤上面做薄身鏡櫃/鏡燈，其中一部分為開放格，洗手盤下方儲物櫃主人房做衣櫃、床，床頭櫃兒童房做衣櫃、床，書桌，最好可偷到窗台位置，書桌想要大啲，有書櫃，書桌想靠窗，較光猛另一間BB房，暫時不需要整傢俬，只整電制預留cam位置電制位露台上方曬衣架，放衣架&夾仔位，注意去水位是否順暢去水
