Description: 1. 浴室警報喉滴水   2. 幾年前浴缸改企缸後警報喉沒有滴水直至上年2024 10月管理處致電通知滴水到樓下晾衣架要求約上住所單位查看。 之後約了當年工程公司陳先生查看說企缸地磚之間沒有裂縫。跟著加入紫色水入企缸去水喉但水滴珠還是透明沒有顏色。他見議關水掣三天但亦繼續滴水。當時每一滴水之間時間大約35秒。 陳先生說他無法決定滴水速度是否食水問題，但應該不是企缸因爲加入顏色水後水滴是透明。及說有機會是咸水但陳先生說他沒可能要求關咸水。亦不排除其他單位影响。 而管理處方面在11月20日凌晨2時至5時停食水水錶但不使用食水情況下水錶讀數沒有跳動但滴水情況繼續。管理處再上單位取走部份白英泥（從警告喉流出）但沒有做測試他們說只用肉眼睇亦沒有交代是甚麼。 管理處在12月2日上午10時至下午5時暫停厠所水供應但滴水情況持續。 陳先生和管理處都找不到原因所以建議約公證行檢查滴水原因。但我們懷疑不是自己單位問題。亦因爲找/聯絡公證行需要頗多時間及費用。 查詢家居保險公司說暫不需要找公證行，是要求管理處投訴單位報告書。 但管理處祇出了一封信有關滴水跟進紀錄。 直至今年3月滴水已停了想已沒有問題但到5月再次滴水到現在。
