A22 5G 2. 指紋感應器失靈 3. 上星期指紋感應器突然失靈，原本想清除指紋數據再重新加入，但連系統介面也進入不了，只是寫［指紋感應器無法運作，如情況持續，請重新啟動手機］。然而，試過重新啟動／關機再重新開機好幾次，都係唔得。之後亦都試過重設所有設定，還是顯示指紋感應器無法運作。上星期去過 Samsung 客務中心查詢，職員說很大機會是硬件有問題。但因為如果要在那裏維修，需要存放手機3-4日，這幾天我會無法使用手機。所以想看看會不會有專家可以即日內維修和解決問題。另外因為平日工作繁忙，可能需要晚上才能提交手機檢查維修。最後希望收費能夠盡量便宜，或可再一一商議，謝謝你們。
