Description: 1. ＧＲＥＥ　ＧＩＳ６０９ＡＥ 2. 室內機漏水 3. 書房和主人房分別有2部分體式冷氣機，使用它們的暖氣模式時，室外機會有異常巨響（主人房的那部更嚴重），過程中，當室內機準備或正在吹暖風出來時，室外機就會出現此巨響，當房間溫度穩定了而冷氣機不需繼續吹暖風出來時，室外機就會回到安靜。以上這兩部機都是同一牌子型號（格力），而客廳都有一部格力冷氣（不同匹數），客廳那部開暖風模式時就不見此巨響，最後，以上冷氣機在開冷氣模式時，室外機也沒有以上巨響。而以上三部室外機都位於需要搭棚才能處理的位置。
