公司年度晚會,會邀請多國員工參加,總人數預計超過800人,晚會活動當晚包括幸運大抽獎、staff engagement video、最佳服裝獎、長期服務獎頒獎典禮以及才藝比賽"iFAST Got Talents" 總決賽,需要主持銜接多個環節,炒熱氣氛,控場(尤其是在800人的場合),隨機應變能力較強(以應對轉場或臨時出現的技術延誤),並且能同時熟悉粵語及英語。提前會有彩排,並可組織多次綫上會議進行細節討論及活動安排。
