公司年度晚會，會邀請多國員工參加，總人數預計超過800人，晚會活動當晚包括幸運大抽獎、staff engagement video、最佳服裝獎、長期服務獎頒獎典禮以及才藝比賽"iFAST Got Talents" 總決賽，需要主持銜接多個環節，炒熱氣氛，控場（尤其是在800人的場合），隨機應變能力較強（以應對轉場或臨時出現的技術延誤），並且能同時熟悉粵語及英語。提前會有彩排，並可組織多次綫上會議進行細節討論及活動安排。
