I am over 60 and haven't played badminton for over 10 years. I learnt so much in the first lesson and enjoyed playing badminton again. I rebooked the PT lesson with Long Sir for next week. I highly recommend Long Sir if you are looking for a coach who is very patient, understanding, a great communicator and friendly. Here is my experience for me to share with you.

試過幾個唔同嘅教練，朗sir教導特別出色，會要求學員做好每一個動作，提升學生水平。上左朗sir嘅小組班，每一位學生佢都照顧得好好，貼合返學生水平去安排適當訓練。非常推薦朗sir比所有對羽毛球有興趣嘅人👍🏻👍🏻

我是一個差不多登六的年長者，超過45年沒有打羽毛球。因為身體狀況，復原後一直想開始找一個運動段練身體。手術後，行步路都沒有力氣，真的需要改善。直至在Pro360見到評語，Long Sir教長者好有耐性，所以試著看。教練知道我的問題，勁沒有氣，他慢慢的將我的耐力提升，同時亦教授打球技巧，真的受教。每次下課後都留下看他教授其他學生，見到他對小朋友，初學者，年青男女，成年人的耐性，友善，方法都用得恰當，見他們打球時都充滿喜悅，感到教練同學生的関係真的不錯。衷心積極推薦。
