Cheung師傅好有威嚴，同時又超細心同有耐性，佢嘅指導非常清晰，就算我地係0武術同運動基礎，喺佢指導下，同一個動作在做幾次後已經有好大分別，估唔到細細粒嘅女仔可以喺佢引導下發到咁大嘅力度，同動作準咗好多。而且師傅好好，佢會因應唔同人嘅情況調整去教，確保大家最快程度咁掌握到。覺得其實所有女仔都應該學嚟保護自己，因為一堂都已經可以學到好多最重要嘅防身基礎，提高咗防備意識，亦都令自己覺得原來自己身軀小小都可以好有效咁保護自己，真係好充實好有用！非常推薦！
