He notices the small things—when to offer encouragement, when to pause for a rest, and when to gently push past fear—which makes learning to swim feel genuinely achievable. Thanks to his calm guidance and steady support, the pool has gone from something to fear to a place the student now looks forward to.

Joe sir很會拆解每一個泳式的動作，細緻度高，手、呼吸、腳都會逐一講解及示範。亦會靈活運用各種輔助工具、浮板等，令各動作做得流暢。 此外，Joe sir針對性改良一些游水的壞習慣，很有耐性，及細心觀察每一套動作。 他沒有甚麼架子，很樂意分享游泳知識！
