我有豐富的煮食經驗，喜愛在日常家庭菜式中加入不同營養元素，善長烹調不同的中、西菜餚，中、西甜點及中醫藥膳食。
另外利用十多年修讀中醫營養學高級文憑及中醫高等文憑，考取國家公共營養師證、陪月員證書、高級催乳及母乳指導師證書。
亦有在Cooking Center、社區中心及學校教授中、西菜式、藥膳班及甜品蛋糕班。
