教授學員擊球基本姿勢動作,發力要點,基礎步法及腳步變化
基本羽毛球技巧,包括高球、放網、扣殺、吊球等
亦會進行體能訓練,務求維持良好的體適能水平以應付日常訓練及比賽需求
