本人從小便學習游泳，跟隨多個泳會，曾參加區域賽並奪下佳績。
本人亦為中學泳隊隊長，已有2年教學經驗，懂得利用不同方法引導初級，中級學生，如克服對水的恐懼，在水中呼氣等。
本人更考取銅章，急救，水上急救及泳池救生章等牌照,更在2023-11-7考取了由香港游泳教師會發出的游泳教師牌。
本人亦有耐性,對教學有熱誠，宗旨為求學生在愉快的學習環境下學會游泳。
