I am a graduate from the City University of Hong Kong majoring in English Studies and minoring in Korean Studies. I just finished taking the Regular and Korean Translating Courses at Hankuk Universtity of Foreign Languages in Seoul. Being responsible, cooperative, having well language proficiency and computing skills, I am confident that I am a talent for you.
As a university student who studied English, I believe my English ability is outstanding and I am definitely capable of interacting with different parties from local and overseas. It will not be a problem for me to communicate with them. I had passed the DELE A1 Exam last year and has studied Spanish for about 2 years. Furthermore, I can speak Korean and obtained level 6 in TOPIK in 2023. My multilingual skills can allow me to get used to the job more quickly.
I have years of working experiences which allows me to fit into the working environment in a shorter period of time. My latest job as an IT support coordinator at Fendi Asia Pacific allows me to deal with not only tickets management but as well as various projects and administrative duties. The fast-paced and high demanding working environment pushes me to be even more detail-oriented and let me explore more of how a world-known company functions. I have worked in the service industry for a long period of time so the responsibilities of handling public enquiries are no stranger to me. I am also used to clerical duties. I have been a student helper in the department office of my school handling different documents and welcoming visitors. Moreover, my experience of working in the air cargo and insurance broker company has given me the opportunity to know more about administrative work. I am a fast learner at the same time, that’s why I think I am a strong candidate for this job. Furthermore, I can take advantage of my superb interpersonal skills and the ability of multitasking when I am on duty.
