Introduction
現職康體教練從事健身行業十年以上,我會專門為客人量度體態改善,增肌減磅的訓練,亦會有相對的飲食建議給予他們。除了有器械,泰拳,普拉提及伸展治療的教練證書外,亦會為長期病患人士設計運動。過去自己已修畢運動管理及教練學文憑;務求不斷增值自己讓客人在課堂上得到更專業的體驗。
