Introduction

曾於小學、大型機構、球會等教授,香港教育大學運動科學與教練榮譽理學士第一屆畢業生,希望結合運動科學(運動營養學 Sport nutrition、運動心理學Sport Psychology、運動表現學Sport Performance、生物力學Biomechanics等)與教練學(肌力與體能 Strength and Conditioning、運動技能學習Motor learning等)等專業知識令學員更容易學習羽毛球和享受羽毛球帶來的樂趣。師承現役日本國家隊男雙教練陳金和教練。同時本人為專業羽毛球拍穿線師,為香港代表隊和頂級球員穿線,具有專業裝備知識,提供專業裝備建議。

對象:小朋友、學生、成人皆可
