美國瑜伽聯盟注冊導師,授課年資超過4年,授課類型包括: 小班教學、一對一私人授課、雙人瑜伽、網絡教學。學生以初學者為主。成為導師是一位不運動體弱多病的上班族,所以特別擅長教授入門者,循序漸進。近年更開始學習推拿治療,先後在澳洲和印尼修讀相關課程和實習;除了瑜伽練習,希望有利於學生放鬆身心,達至內外健康。
