教練曾經喺「女性專屬健身室」擔任私人健身教練,喺呢段時間入面教授過好多不同背景及不同需求嘅學生,包括:初學者、新娘子、孕婦、產後媽媽、銀發族,以及因為痛症而開始接觸運動嘅同學仔。

除咗減肥呢個原因,唔少同學仔係因為想舒緩下背痛而開始運動、有想改善圓肩寒背而運動嘅同學,亦都有因為膝關節問題而比醫生建議運動嘅同學。
