整個流程尚算流暢。但天花批灰掃漆平整度，没之前那天花質素高

整個廁所石屎天花滲水膨脹變型，不可能像新樓一樣效果；何況我們只是局部修整價錢，除非整個石屎天花重剷再批，效果會更好，但會貴很多；希望理解。
