Introduction
I hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and possess recent certifications in Applied Occupational Safety and Health as well as Cisco Certified Technician of Networking Support. Currently serving as a System Engineer at The Chinese University of Hong Kong, I am adept at installing, configuring, and maintaining large-scale computer systems, network equipment, SAN hardware, and Virtualization across Windows and Linux platforms. In my previous role as an Innovative Technology Officer at Caritas Wu Cheng-chung College, I managed campus equipment, provided training to teachers, and oversaw a government-funded project for elder education. With prior experience as a Station Control Officer at MTR, I have honed my customer service skills and developed competencies in documentation, problem-solving, and asset management throughout my professional journey.
