畢業於香港中文大學中國語言及文學系曾任《藝術地圖》雜誌編輯，編有《初中· 中國語文文言文應試考卷（一）中一級》、《初中· 中國語文文言文應試考卷（二）中二級》（優閱 出版有限公司）。有文學作品發表於《香港文學》、《異事悟》等雜誌，2024年獲第十三届光年獎短篇小說三等獎及科幻童話三等獎。
