我在2023年來了一個大突破，就是跳出一個大突破，就是考取香港樓宇檢驗學會的驗樓主任證書。下一步就是要實踐在課堂學習的東西。我曾經跟隨Kenny Sir 同 Tony Sir 實習，到不同的樓盤觀察。一間屋要住得好，當然在入伙前需要做好驗收工作，這樣不會在入伙後，因為太多問題而再需要多一筆錢再修楫。我的細心、觀察能夠可以為你的家能夠住得舒適，住得安心
