I have completed IT training courses at my alma mater and Systematic Computer Education Centre. During my two years of high school, I served as an officer of the Computer Club and gained experience working in the computer lab.
An experienced office and information technology supervisor with 16 years' work experience in small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and family-owned businesses. Excellent Testing, maintenance and installation of personal computer device as well as server and RJ45/Wireless LAN network equipment.
I am able to work independently and Artificial Intelligence, skillfully with MS Windows, Android and iOS platforms. Drawing from my courses, work experience, and interests, I have acquired skills in web design (HTML, CSS, Flash animation), managed a Discuz! forum with minor PHP modifications, and learned photo editing techniques like watermark removal for real-life photos, as well as basic video production tasks such as format conversion and translating subtitles for films. Additionally, I have experience preparing quotes for clients, sending emails, and using spreadsheets for daily tasks like creating food lists and managing household medications. To work efficiently, I maintain habits like backing up my computer regularly, running antivirus scans frequently, and utilizing various input methods, including Q9 Chinese IME, speech input, and handwriting. My expertise extends to a variety of software, including PhotoImpact, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Premiere Pro, Topaz AI, Subtitle Edit, Notepad++, VMware Virtualization, MS Office and Google Workspace.
