Introduction

我接觸健身已有數年時間,擁有豐富的教學經驗,期間幫助不少人士達成健身目標。我的教學理念是透過健身,幫助學生邁向更好的自己。

課程主要教授動作細節為主,解釋動作以及訓練的邏輯,務求令學生理解訓練原理,即使沒有教練陪伴亦能自主訓練,培養規律的訓練習慣。

運動不只是身體素質的進步,亦可是心靈上的,我希望透過輕鬆有趣的教學幫助學生建立勇於嘗試的精神,以及正面樂觀的態度,踏上一場愉快的健身旅程。
