本人為一名瑜伽導師,已考獲RYT500 高級瑜伽導師及RYT200小時註冊瑜伽導師。
已教授瑜伽5年以上,並曾教授社區中心舉辦的親子瑜伽課, 長者伸展班等。
可教授課堂: 一對一地面瑜伽, 包班, 孕婦產前產後瑜伽, 親子瑜伽, 銀髮族伸展班等...

另外, 本人十分喜愛動物, 亦自養柴犬。
遛狗保姆: 餵食和換水, 放狗途中餵水, 回家後清潔狗狗身體, 清理大小便,藥物餵食或注射 (如適用)
可為家中植物澆水及清理垃圾
每次遛狗會以照片、影片和文字匯報當日情況
