伸展、瑜伽理療、哈達瑜伽、頌缽、核心肌群及手臂肌肉訓練、後彎及一字馬、髖關節及肩膊開展、冥想、瑜伽睡眠、瑜伽輪、空中瑜伽、椅子瑜伽、墊上普拉提
I am a registered yoga teacher (RYT200) and I have been teaching for over 3 years.
I can teach:
Stretching, Yoga Therapy, Hatha, Singing Bowl, Yoga for Core and Arm, Backbend and Split, Hip and Shoulder Opening, Meditation, Yoga Nidra, Yoga Wheel, Aerial Yoga, Chair Yoga, Mat Pilates🙏
