對我來說,瑜珈是一個自我對話的過程,在練習中我可以專注在自己身上,感受身體正在發生的事。我很喜歡瑜珈,因為它讓我學會不批判、學會接納、學會享受每一次的練習,因為每一次都是當下最適合身體的練習。

我擅長清晰、仔細的口令,讓每一個體式都能在學生身上發揮最大的效益。我喜歡讓學生在瑜珈練習中感受到平靜,在忙碌的生活中,暫時放下煩惱,專注在當下的練習,得到身心靈的滿足。
