你好，本人持有中國香港泰拳理事會及多個國際教練資格，有參加公開賽經驗並獲得獎盃，任教泰拳、拳擊，以及菲律賓武術十年以上。本人亦有訓練男女拳手出賽經驗，學員出賽亦曾獲獎。本人曾是風雨蘭、防止性暴力協會等志願團體顧問教練。本人另有超過十年健身教練經驗，教授內容包括運動器械、功能性訓練、體適能訓練等等。
