position in AISL LITTLE LIONS (HONG KONG) LIMITED. As a dedicated and experienced caregiver with over 14 years of hands-on parenting experience, I am confident in my ability to provide exceptional care and support to the pupils.
From the time my son was born until he turned eight years old, I served as a full-time mother, managing all aspects of his daily routine. This included preparing nutritious meals, assisting with homework, coordinating extracurricular schedules, and providing attentive emotional support. Through this journey, I developed a deep understanding of children’s psychological needs and honed my skills in nurturing their mental well-being—guiding them through challenges with patience and empathy.
In addition to my practical experience, I hold a valid driver’s license and a First Aid Certificate from Red Cross, ensuring I can respond calmly and effectively in emergencies. My patient and loving nature allows me to build trusting relationships with children while maintaining a structured and supportive environment.
My international background further enhances my suitability for this role. Having studied in Melbourne, Australia for two years and lived in Malaysia for over 13 years, I am fluent in both English and Mandarin. This enables me to communicate seamlessly in multicultural settings and support language development if desired.
