本人是一個已經擁有有八年的健身經驗的教練,接觸過不同流派和項目(健美、健力等等)。本人亦有三年的教學經驗,精通引導和灌輸正確的健身知識令新手更快掌握技巧的同時並且令老手更快突破樽頸期,我注重與學員的溝通互動,擅長根據不同體型與體能水平制定客製化訓練計劃和飲食方案,並以耐心和鼓勵他們令他們更快達到目標。
