Introduction
我今年25歲,我在香港的高中畢業後,於國際廚藝學院就讀廚藝高級文憑。完成學業之後一邊創業開發桌遊,一邊當兼職廚師三年,然後到會所全職當烹飪興趣班導師一年。我喜歡世界各地不同國家的飲食文化,因此我勇於嘗試不同菜系,比較擅長的菜系是日式料理、香港本地家常菜、少量粵菜、西餐、小食和甜品。
