10+年教學生涯中，不同種類的學生帶給我不同教學體驗。年紀比較小的，比較需要跟家長多點活動，透明“估歌仔”的方式，讓小朋友養成自己看譜自己彈的習慣。
業餘學習者，會因應其可以練習的時間跟喜好，調整教學進程。
定時的能力及進度評估也使學生更了解自己的長處和影響學習的盲點。
