啓師會是一間為服務SEN（特別學習需要）家庭而設的社企，成立於2020年。以二十多年的廣告創作及設計的經驗，專為有興趣的SEN青少年，有志於創作及美術設計發展，而成立Senter-星夢企劃，作實戰培訓的機會，能讓他們能自信地自力更生。我們以專業的意見及態度，誠意為客戶服務，達到滿意而收效的宣傳，實踐各客戶的不同需要，同時亦可為SEN青少年出一分力及支持！
